Formerly the Director of a leading, commercial modelling agency in London, Max has been heavily involved in the Talent industry for over a decade. Responsible for the day-to-day running of the agency Max was accountable for the reputation management, business growth and bookings with global clients such as Burberry, Apple, Porsche, Topman, Adidas
& Gucci to name a few. As an advocate for change and innovation, Max has most recently Co-Founded the search platform, Krowdkast. With over ten years of working in the modelling industry it became apparent the casting, search and selection process for talent needed refining. Krowdkast has been built as an industry-wide tool which is designed to simplify the search process for industry professionals looking to find talent online. With what was a time-consuming and laborious process for clients, the problem was identified and the solution created.
