Max Osofsky brings more than 14 years of private equity and strategy consulting experience to the Riverside team, which he joined in 2008 as a General Partner.
Prior to joining Riverside, Max was a Vice President at Summit Partners, a private equity and venture capital firm that has raised nearly $15 billion of capital, where he focused on
middle-market investments in the technology and healthcare sectors. Prior to Summit Partners, Max was a consultant at Bain & Company, a global strategy consulting firm.
Max holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics, summa cum laude, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
Max is married and has two children. He and his family live in Boston.
