Max Blumberg is the founder of the Global Top 50 Blumberg Partnership HR and sales force analytics consultancy whose clients include the Barclays Bank, Rentokil Initial, BBC, Novo Nordisk, Lloyds Register, Walmart, and Friends Provident.
Max is also a Research Fellow at Goldsmiths, University of London and a director of Valuing Your Talent, a
collaboration between the CIPD, UKCES, CIMA and CMI to increase the value of organisational workforces.
A regular contributor to the media, Max presents regularly on the global conference circuit and previously worked as a management consultant at Accenture after which he founded and successfully exited a technology start-up before pursuing his PhD.
