Matthew Houder is the Managing Partner at RHM Staffing Solutions. He began his career in the recruiting industry in 1997, and joined RodgersHouder as partner in 2011. Matthew has broad experience in developing human capital strategies for multiple disciplines within such industries as automotive, industrial, electronics, and packaging, among
others. The same bold entrepreneurial spirit that led him to build several companies from the ground floor fuels his enthusiasm and success for building a client’s leadership team from top to bottom.
Matthew has successfully completed hundreds of searches nationwide and has a keen ability to identify exceptional candidates. He plays a critical role in enhancing the efficiency of day-to-day operations and was instrumental in launching the firm’s contract staffing division.
Before joining RodgersHouder, Matthew was a principal at HPG, LLC. Earlier in his career, he held various positions at Gaffney Management Consultants including Manager of Executive Search. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from John Carroll University.
In addition to his work, Matthew’s passions include his family, traveling, and golf. He and his wife, Lauren, along with their three children, reside in the western suburbs of Chicago.
