Matt Harrison joined Wellspring in 2005 and became a Partner in 2016. Matt has been involved with a number transactions over the last 11 years including Tube City IMS Corporation, Dave & Buster’s Inc, United Sporting Companies, Crosman Corporation, Prolamina Corporation, Spring Capital, ProAmpac Corporation and Hoffmaster Group.
Matt focuses
primarily on the general industrial and services sectors. He is also involved in the firm’s packaging investing effort.
Matt was previously with Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. in the firm’s Investment Banking Division where he worked on a range of assignments including leveraged buyouts, strategic refinancings and M&A transactions across various sectors.
Matt graduated cum laude from Hamilton College with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. He is a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon, the International Honor Society for Economics.
