Prior to founding WGC, Matthew was Head of Risk Management and Chairman of the Transparency Committee of ADM Capital, a large Hong Kong-based investment adviser specializing in credit, special situations, and private equity. Matthew spent eight years in the hedge fund industry from 2003 to 2011, during which time he gained deep experience and
insight in risk management, due diligence and investor relations.
He has spoken on these and related topics at several global conferences and has provided interviews and articles to a number of industry publications, including the AIMA Journal and AsiaRisk Magazine. Matthew has lived in Asia for over ten years and is a graduate of Oxford University in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics.
