Matthew Byatt co-founded Acuity in 2006 and is primarily focused on the technology sector. Matthew has over 15 years corporate finance and management consulting experience.
Successfully marrying a deep technical understanding with corporate finance expertise ensures that Matthew's clients benefit from his strong networks, authoritative
advice and execution success. In addition, he has a wealth of commercial due diligence experience and frequently he prepares businesses for divestiture or funding.
Prior to Acuity, Matthew worked at the Cambridge-based microprocessor company, ARM Plc in a corporate M&A role. He gained significant blue chip consulting experience through working with McKinsey & Company and technology consulting experience with Symbionics. Matthew has also run and successfully exited his own businesses.
Matthew has a degree in Electronic Engineering and started his career in postgraduate research at the University of Bristol.
