Hogan Lovells. He regularly advises on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and tax information sharing obligations for all types of Cayman Islands investment funds and vehicles. Matt also has extensive experience in relation to the formation, governance, and restructuring of all types of private equity and hedge funds. He also advises fintech startups on blockchain technology and ICOs.
