Matt has been CLEAR's General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer since July 2012. Matt is responsible for CLEAR's legal affairs and privacy matters. Prior to CLEAR Matt spent eight years at Dealertrack Technologies, a provider of software and data solutions in the automotive industry, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and
intellectual property transactions, and was part of the team that took Dealertrack public. Prior to Dealertrack Matt spent five years in private practice at the international law firm LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene and MacRae, LLP. Matt received a BA from the University of Michigan and a JD from the University of Chicago Law School.
