Matt Bartlett serves as the Chief Growth Officer of MAG.
In this role, Mr. Bartlett is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing an organic and inorganic growth strategy for MAG and is responsible for generating over $200M in new business. He leads a global growth team that includes global sales, global insights and planning, and
global capture.
Prior to MAG, Mr. Bartlet held management positions with Northrop Grumman managing specialty aviation programs in the Middle East and Southwest Asia with an annual contract value of over $150M. With MAG, he has previously served as a subject matter expert for the US Government responsible for assisting in the deployment of Aerial Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities worldwide and as the Executive Vice President for Aviation/ISR business.
