Matt Barney, Ph.D., is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist and founder of Leaderamp, Inc.
Dr. Barney has 20 years of experience in scientist-practitioner leadership roles in a wide variety of multinationals, most recently working for the founders of Infosys as the VP & Director of the Infosys Leadership Institute globally.
He
has previously been part of two startups, Virtual MindWorks as Chief Science Officer; and Anvea Solutions but has spent the majority of his career in senior roles at large multinationals including AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Motorola, Merck, Sutter Health and Infosys.
His patents and publications have focused on innovative ways to quantify and develop employees, especially leaders. His fourth book, "Leading Value Creation: Organizational Science, Bioinspiration and the Cue See Model" will be published globally in 2013.
