In December 2007, Mathias Kulke founded Selinus Capital GmbH together with Valéry-Christoph Engelke. Previously, he worked at Henderson Global Investors (now: Nuveen Real Estate) for six years. There he built up a team of eight relationship managers, was responsible for the sale of institutional real estate investment products in Europe and was
most recently a member of the property management team.He started his professional career at Deutsche Grundbesitz (today: DWS Group), where he was responsible for structuring and selling institutional real estate funds.
