Massimo Calafiore serves as our Chief Commercial Officer and is responsible for the Company’s product marketing, commercial, and commercial enablement functions, as well as NuVasive Specialized Orthopedics and NuVasive Clinical Services.
Since joining the Company in 2017, Mr. Calafiore has held various leadership roles with increasing levels of
responsibility, most recently serving as executive vice president, Global Business Units. Before NuVasive, he spent more than 15 years supporting and leading the U.S. business for Waldemar Link, a leader in the orthopedics and medical device industry. Mr. Calafiore holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Università di Catania and a master of business administration degree from New York University.
