Marty Pollak began as ADR’s Director of Business Development and rapidly ascended to the role of President. He currently runs ADR’s daily operations. Prior to joining ADR, Marty was a consultant in Deloitte’s Strategy & Operations practice in Washington D.C., and was Co-Founder at JAS Energy, a cleantech start-up specializing in algae biofuel
production.
Mr. Pollak earned his MBA degree from Tel Aviv University’s Sofaer iMBA Program and studied at Fudan University in Shanghai, China.
During his MBA, Marty worked for the venture capital firm Israel Cleantech Ventures as a Summer Associate, and won the prestigious India Future of Change Business Plan Competition.
