Martin has over 30 years of experience in senior management in private and Fortune 100 companies, and has served as interim CEO in four companies since 2000.
He was Managing Partner of Forte Group, LLC a full service consulting firm (www.fortegp.com). He has also served as COO, CTO and CFO of other client companies. Martin has held other executive
level positions in public companies such as Compaq Computer Corporation, Crutcher Resources Corporation and Texas Instruments.
Martin has been involved in Mergers & Acquisitions for the last 17 years. While at Compaq, he was responsible for due-diligence and integration for 10 acquisitions totaling $16B. While at Forte Group, he has been involved with numerous M&A transactions, financing and integrations.
Martin is involved with community organizations such as the Houston Technology Center, The Greater Houston Partnership and The Houston World Affairs Council, and has served on numerous boards and organizations. He is an Ordained Deacon at Second Baptist Church in Houston. Martin has a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Finance and Operations. He is married and has two grown children.
