Currently leads a syndicate that has recently acquired Wolves Summit and Wolves Match. Wolves Summit is one of the largest multinational events in CEE, which during nine editions has hosted over 16,000 participants from 67 countries.Martin is an experienced leader possessing more than 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry,
including fourteen years in Poland, and a further six working with companies throughout the Central & Eastern European region. Martin has a strong track record of introducing investment to the region and successfully establishing businesses there.As MD Bank of New York Mellon (BNYM) in Poland, he built a strong sustainable investment fund administration company (GDC) from 85 to over 1,500 people - 2011 to 2018., Prior to BNYM, he was a member of the senior management team that successfully merged and created one of Poland’s leading banks - Bank Zachodni WBK (Santander Bank Polska).Vice President of the ABSL in Poland (Association of Business Service Leaders) - 2014 to 2017. First non-Polish businessman to win the prestigious Lord Mayor of Wroclaw award - 2014. Non-executive director of Opstalent, an innovative FinTech firm that delivers high-quality technology and business services, and also provides talent sourcing/recruitment solutions. Martin is a fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland.
