Martin Ding joined Pactera in 2017 as COO. Prior to that, he served in key IT business roles for the HNA Group including head of Phase I for the Haikou Meilan International Airport (HAK) information engineering project and several key Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) e-Government initiatives. Mr. Ding established the Information
Management Department at HNA Group in 2004, driving informatization strategy as Vice General Manager. In 2007, he set up Hainan Bestchain Information System Co., Ltd., a joint venture between HNA Group, the Hainan Provincial Government and Microsoft that was incorporated into Eking Technology in 2012. Mr. Ding holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Wireless Engineering from Southeast University in China.
