Marshall Thames oversees the mission solutions business unit at ECS, leading development and delivery of complex solutions in cloud, cybersecurity, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. Prior to joining ECS, Mr. Thames was president of InfoReliance, where he led all aspects of the company's daily operations including business
development, service delivery, headquarters services, and finance and accounting.
Mr. Thames has more than 25 years of progressive leadership and business experience within the information technology industry. He served as senior director of product development for MROLink Corporation, an internet company that developed an online, business-to-business exchange supporting global manufacturers. Mr. Thames was also founder of DaVinci Partners, a technology consulting firm focused on delivering custom software solutions for logistics, manufacturing, operations, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Prior to launching DaVinci Partners, Mr. Thames served in a number of roles at Microdyne Corporation, a publicly traded manufacturer of hardware and software communications products supporting a wide range of platforms, from mainframes to servers to PCs. As vice president of product management and engineering, he oversaw global marketing and engineering of the firm's products. He previously served as assistant vice president of operations, supporting manufacturing, logistics, analytics, and the company's M&A activities.
