Wheeler is known for his leadership, strategic thinking and technical knowledge throughout his more than 20 years of industry experience.
Most notably, he spent over 18 years with GE Medical Systems where he served in multiple capacities. As the Product Manager of their Ultrasound Software and IT Division, Wheeler led the global product
development team, including their operational, service and distribution channels. When he served as the Cardio-Vascular Information Systems Director of Engineering and Systems Engineering Manager, he successfully oversaw multiple deployments in the U.S., Europe and Asia. As the Americas Manager for Product Engineering and Technology, Wheeler was responsible for PACS system database development, all DICOM connectivity, and short/long-term storage platforms. Throughout his tenure at GE, he was consistently awarded for his exceptional performance. Wheeler earned his degrees from the University of Wisconsin and also received a congressional appointment to West Point Military Academy.
