Thatcher has more than 20 years of industry experience in project management, technical design, sales, marketing and business development. Before assuming his current role at AEREON in 2011, Thatcher worked for Flare Industries as Latin American Regional Sales Manager, European Regional Sales Manager based out of Barcelona, Spain and as Marketing
and Sales Manager.
Thatcher received a dual degree in mechanical engineering and business administration from the University of Kansas, where he graduated at the top of his class. He currently resides in Austin, and is the father of two children. He is tri-lingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
