for companies of all sizes.
In 2020, Mark joined Traction Advising, an M&A boutique, as EMEA Partner. Traction is a group of ex C Suite operators using their experience buying and selling tech firms to help SaaS CEOs achieve the exit they deserve.
He also acts as Strategic Advisor to multiple early stage software companies, helping them address go-to-market challenges.
In his operating career, he led transformation at Datto as Managing Director, EMEA. He was brought in to drive change at this leading SaaS IT provider following a disruptive merger and to reinvigorate strategy promoting short- and long-term company growth and success. Prior to Datto, he advanced through the ranks at global technology firm and market research innovator Toluna, initially hired to build out the company’s first operations outside of Paris. Notably, he evolved Toluna from an early-revenue startup into a $150M+ enterprise via strategic leadership of multiple business units.
