With this frame of reference, Mark currently heads the Delivery Management (DM) team
for Sydney Water: focused on safely, efficiently and effectively delivering Sydney Water’s $500m per annum Infrastructure Capital Works Program……….an exciting challenge. Combining over 25yrs of international client side and consulting experience in portfolio and program management, as Asia Pacific and Global Lead, Mark has now established DM’s vision to be “the deliverer of choice for Sydney Water’s lifestream strategy”. DM is gaining international recognition for its innovative and dynamic delivery environment based on performance partnering and a “ONE TEAM” philosophy. The benefits of this approach are paying dividends for Sydney Water across a range of measures including Safety, Environment and Customer in addition to the standard time, cost and quality goals.
Mark’s previous experience has included leading successful program operations including: London Victorian Water Mains for Thames Water, Christchurch Earthquake Recovery Program for Vero Insurance, and Fitzroy Region Transport Network Recovery Program for Transport and Main Roads Queensland.
