Mark Siegwald is a Senior Consultant with Bower Building Consulting, bringing more than two decades of experience in insurance, restoration, and property damage consulting. He began his career as an insurance adjuster with Liberty Mutual, where he spent over 10 years handling complex property claims before transitioning into the restoration and
building consulting sectors.
Throughout his career, Mark has specialized in evaluating property losses resulting from natural disasters, fires, floods, hurricanes, and other catastrophic events. His expertise includes damage assessment, scope development, estimating, auditing, contract negotiation, reserve analysis, and ensuring accurate project execution for insurance carriers and stakeholders. He has worked with national restoration firms, independent consulting organizations, and now serves clients by providing objective assessments and strategic guidance on complex property claims.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies from Northern Illinois University and maintains multiple industry certifications through the IICRC, including Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Water Restoration Technician (WRT), and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT). An avid soccer player and outdoorsman, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and golfing in his free time.
