A former Assistant Attorney General for the state of Tennessee, Mark became president of NDC in 2005. He spent more than 20 years practicing healthcare law and served as a partner in a large regional law firm. Mark is a member of the Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA) Board of Directors and has served on its Executive Committee since
2012. Mark received his Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School in 1985.
