Prior to joining AiRISTA, Mark as the president of the Ferro Group was responsible for directing and managing all critical financial and operational aspects of the company. Ferro Group is a Maryland based firm, specializing in commercial architectural design and space planning for the hospitality and fitness industry.
His prior financial executive positions as the CFO of Lumenex for over 6 years and Future Communication Systems for nearly 10 years spanned financial systems, planning, financial controls, contract negotiations, and investor relations. He guided the company from near startup to 7 consecutive years of record profits.
