Mark Quinlivan founded Confer Technologies, Inc. and also served as its Chief Executive Officer. Mark Quinlivan is a Principal of REBIScan, Inc. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Carrier IQ, Inc. He has over 25 years of domestic and international management experience, both in start-up environments and multi-billion dollar companies. He
served as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Sales & Services and Self-Service & e-Billing of edocs, Inc. He led sales, professional services, customer service and client services organizations at eDocs. He has rich background of professional services, systems integration, sales, information services, manufacturing and other key operational executive roles. Mark Quinlivan served as Senior Vice President of Lucent Technologies responsible for Lucent NetCares Consulting & Integration Business, which was the Solutions and Systems Integration business of the Lucent NetCare family.
