Mark Armstrong became the the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Avantor in 2016. Mr. Armstrong has extensive experience serving as a financial leader for large global companies. Prior to joining Avantor, Mr. Armstrong acted as Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions and Treasurer of Tyco International, from September 2012 to
September 2016, and as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions from November 2003 to September 2012. Mr. Armstrong also has held various financial and leadership positions with Ingersoll-Rand, Allied Signal and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Armstrong hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration from St. Louis University, as well as an MBA from Washington University.
