Mr. Mark Owen is a Founder, Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of UV Cleaning Systems Inc. Mr. Owen founded Puralytics in 2007 to develop water purification products based on LED-activated nanotechnology, and is a primary inventor of the company’s technology. He founded Phoseon Technology Inc. and served as its Chief Executive Officer
until December 2006. Mr. Owen has over 20 years experience in leading and growing highly successful capital equipment businesses involving unltraviolet light. Prior to Phoseon, he held business development, marketing, and engineering management positions at Agilent Technologies, MVT Ltd. and ESI, including five years in Europe. He has been a Board Advisor to a UV laser company and Director of a $4 million not for profit organization. Mr. Owen serves as Director of Phoseon Technology, Inc. Mr. Owen has a BSME degree from Oregon State University, and a MAMT from University of Limerick Ireland.
