Mark has worked with enterprise networks and server systems for more than 20 years. He has held engineering roles for various organizations, including American Express, GE Capital, and Computer Sciences Corporation. In 2001, he served as a full-time consultant for the Department of Defense, working on a large-scale implementation of a VPN network
