MRS Shareholders elected Mark to the Board of Directors in 1999. After 7 ½ years on the Board, Mark became President/CEO 2007. Mark had a diverse background in finance, development, and management, as well as experience serving on several corporate and non-profit boards prior to joining MRS. He has an MS in Medical Informatics (MMI) degree
from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, and has a BA in Business Administration (BABA) degree from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business in Seattle, WA.
