As Head of Research and Investment Committee Member for Covenant, Mark plays a leadership role in the direction of the fund. Mark is an early-stage VC investor and venture and growth equity PE fund advisor. He has significant experience in investment analysis and due diligence across multiple industry verticals, including software, platforms,
media, technology, and mobility companies. His experience also includes investment banking and strategy consulting at Goldman Sachs, PIMCO, RBC Capital Markets, and Accenture Strategy. Since 2015, Mark has advised and led the structuring and sale of over $5.9B in securities and $34M in invested capital. Mark has advised and led strategy engagements for F50 companies in go-to-market strategies, market sizing, and product market fit. He is a Veteran of the United States Army from 2005 - 2016. He holds a BA in Economics, University of California, Riverside, an MPA, University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA - Cornell University.
