Mark Minden is the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Labyrinth Smart Mobility. In 2006, Mark created a micro-transit company from the ground up which operated in the City of St. Louis. He saw the need for last mile transportation in the downtown market. With over 10 years experience in fleet operations, Mark has vast experience in
the micro-transit field. He continued to grow Call-A-Cart while maintaining a full-time position within the City of St. Louis as a Neighborhood Improvement Specialist within the Mayor’s Office: A position which supports the department heads of St. Louis City and seeks to improve the quality of life for city residents. Mark’s unique work experiences allowed him to facilitate the vital strategic partnerships between the public and private sectors and bring the last mile transportation solution to multiple cities, including the Downtown Central Improvement District of St. Louis, Missouri in February 2018.
