Mr. Lane has more than 40 years of experience in banking, finance, real-estate development and asset management. Mark has extensive underwriting experience in managing risk in property and debt portfolios, having served for almost 30 years as an executive in the banking and homebuilding industries. Mr. Lane has worked at the executive level for a
multi-billion dollar bank and has served as a Regional Vice President for a nationally-ranked (top 20) homebuilder. Mr. Lane’s asset management experience includes managing portfolios ranging in size from $500 million to over $45 billion for various regional and national lending institutions. He has worked as an asset manager for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and Resolution Trust Corporation. He has personally supervised transactions involving more than $600,000,000 in debt instruments related to various types of real estate, including land, residential properties and commercial income-producing properties.
