Mark Kofman is a software development entrepreneur, the co-founder and CEO of Programeter, an analytics company that offers development teams a tool to watch the progress & quality of their software projects. Programeter is Mark's third successful start-up along with MOBi Solutions, a mobile government and marketing service provider, and
devPulse, a semantic project notifications service.
Mark professional background includes international experience of working in Estonia, Russia, Germany, Sweden. Prior to co-founding Programeter, Mark has also worked as a development lead in an offshore development center at StarSoft Development Labs, as a development manager at MicroLink and as a programmer at Netcoms.
Currently Mark is actively engaged in contribution to the online Encyclopedia of SDLC Metrics and to the blog on the metrics of software development life cycle and their successful application to software projects.
