Mark Joseph is the Founder and Managing Partner of EMK Capital, where, alongside Edmund Lazarus, he is responsible for the overall management as well as the sourcing, acquisition, management, and exits of investments.
Mark has 30 years of private equity investment and financial advisory experience covering a wide range of sectors. Previously, he
was one of the four Founding Partners of Oakley Capital Private Equity. Prior to joining Oakley Capital in 2007, Mark was at UBS Investment Bank (formerly SG Warburg) where he was a Managing Director and advised on over $60 billion of transactions, primarily in the European TMT sectors, gaining experience through various economic cycles. It was at SG Warburg that Mark worked with Edmund and the two became close friends.
