Mark Hauser is co-managing partner at Hauser Private Equity, a hybrid equity fund manager with a "strategy of directly co-investing throughout the lower-middle and middle market via partnerships with control buyout funds and selectively with managers of subordinated debt, growth equity, and special situation funds". has offices in Los Angeles, Washington DC and Cincinnati, Ohio. Hauser Private Equity's diverse collection of managers "target innovative companies in the consumer goods, healthcare, industrials, and financials and business services verticals.
Mark Hauser is also the founder of HAUSER Insurance Group, a firm that specializes in creating insurance and benefits products for "national companies with a private equity mindset" HAUSER Insurance Group has offices in Cincinnati, Atlanta, Chicago, St. Louis, Los Angeles, and Kansas City, Missouri.
Prior to founding Hauser Private Equity, Mark Hauser was Vice President at Reynolds, DeWitt and Co. in Cincinnati. While at Reynolds, DeWit and Co., Hauser was a part of the deal that formed Linger Longer Development Corporation and developed Reynolds Plantation, outside of Atlanta. Reynolds Plantation includes a Five Diamond Ritz Carlton Resort, residential developments and five championship golf courses. He also worked to put together funding for the Cincinnati Sports Mall, which is still the largest indoor sports complex in Ohio with 110,000 square feet of indoor athletic facilities on 13 acres.
In addition to his work at Hauser Private Equity, Mark Hauser serves on the Board of Directors of the Cincinnati Sports Mall, LightBox and The O’Gara Group, as well as several other companies. Mark Hauser is also an experienced investor, leveraging over 30 years of investment and leadership experience within healthcare, wellness, and other industries.
Mark Hauser earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (finance) from Ohio's Miami University, where he was a member of Sigma Nu fraternity.
