Mark Harris is the Director of Customer Service at Outlook Amusements. Mark has worked in all aspects of sales and consumer affairs for over 20 years. Mark is responsible for all consumer interfacing activities, including the development and implementation of customer retention and sales programs, training and quality assurance. Prior to joining Outlook, Mark was the Director of Customer Service for TOMS and Alchemy World Wide, handling similar mangement responsibilities for each firm.
