Mark Harding is responsible for providing strategic leadership to all areas related to Unified’s warehouse, maintenance and transportation operations.
Mark joined Unified after two successful years in consulting where he was able to advise and support several organizations, including Unified, in sustaining and improving supply chain and
logistics operations.
Prior to his consulting business, Mark served as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Farmer Brothers Coffee where he managed all logistic and warehouse operations, including overseeing the integration of two new distribution centers and the expansion of three additional warehouses into the company’s supply chain.
Mark’s extensive experience also includes holding the positions of Vice President of Operations for Intercontinental Art, Inc. and Director of Warehousing and Distribution for Smart & Final, Inc.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix.
