Mark Han is a Chief Legal Officer at IntuitiveX.
Mr. Han specializes in intellectual property law with an emphasis on strategic portfolio development, investment due diligence, and commercialization of IP.
Mr. Han previously served as Senior IP Counsel at Intellectual Ventures where his team was responsible for managing all aspects of prosecution
and asset maintenance for one of the world’s largest patent portfolios, with more than 30,000 assets and over $6 billion in investor capital.
Before joining Intellectual Ventures, Mr. Han practiced intellectual property law for over 10 years representing clients such as Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, STMicroelectronics, and Seagate.
Mr. Han earned his BSEE and JD degrees from the University of Minnesota. He is a member of the Washington State Bar and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
