Mark Greenbaum is a seasoned M&A expert who has spent his entire career providing strategic advice to technology companies. Mark has been in Silicon Valley for more than twenty years and will be based in LUMA’s Palo Alto office.
Prior to LUMA, Mark spent more than a decade at GCA Savvian where he was a Managing Director focused on mergers
and acquisition and was also a member of the firm’s management committee. At GCA Savvian, Mark lead a number of the firm’s leading transactions across the digital media, software and mobile ecosystems. Prior to GCA Savvian, Mark was a Vice President with Morgan Stanley’s technology M&A group in Menlo Park, California, and was previously a manager with Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneurial Services Group based in Palo Alto, California.
