Mr. Gorder has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of IntriCon since April 2001 and a director since 1996. Previously he served as the Company's President and Chief Operating Officer from December 2000 to April 2001; and Vice President from 1996 to December 2000. Mr. Gorder was a founder, President and Chief Executive Officer
of a predecessor company to IntriCon, which began operations in 1977 until its acquisition by the Company in 1993. Mr. Gorder received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the St. Olaf College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.
