Mark is a retail design expert and is DLR Group's Middle East Regional Leader. Mark brings a wide range of project experience from retail and mixed use design, building delivery, master planning for large developments, entitlements, city coordination and client representation.

Mark works with the international team, building DLR Group's design resume and reputation in Middle East and Africa. This work includes the Mall of the Emirates in the U.A.E. with their major expansion of the mall as well as the mixed-use Seawoods project in Maharashtra, India; retail projects Fountain Square and White City Mall in Baku, Azerbaijan; our outdoor destination retail project Kings Walk in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia; and our large master plan development in Asia through a Emirati client. Mark leads DLR Group’s team in pursuing projects throughout the region with mixed use opportunities in Saudi Arabia; Abu Dhabi, UAE; and Cairo, Egypt. He also works very closely with DLR Group’s Nairobi office for collaboration opportunities.
