As President of Mircom, Mark is responsible for general execution of business strategy. Mark joined Mircom in May of 2002 from Orenda Corporate Finance Ltd., a Toronto-based corporate finance advisory group. Prior to his position with Orenda, Mark worked in public market investment banking with CIBC World Markets, as well as in the legal profession
with Lang Michener. Mark earned his degrees from the University of Toronto, and he is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada. Mark sits on a number of Boards and Committees, including the MacKenzie Health Hospital and the University of Toronto – St. Michael’s College.
