Mark Ensom is a qualified builder with over 25 years of experience in construction and property development. Early in his career, he ran construction businesses in London and Aspen, Colorado, specializing in luxury homes. Since returning to New Zealand, he has led a wide range of projects, including industrial and commercial buildings, villa
renovations, luxury homes, and accommodation developments.
Mark has also operated Kiwispan, a commercial and industrial shed business, and has been involved in childcare centres, backpackers, motels, and hotels. Known for his practical, hands-on approach, he combines a focus on design and quality with strong project management skills. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors, enduro motorbike racing, and fitness, and values spending time with his wife and two children.
