Before he came to Summa, Mark held senior Human Resources leadership positions at Respironics, Philips Healthcare, Highmark and Dynamics. He serves on the Allegheny Conference's Workforce Development Steering Committee and is Vice President of the Board of the Pittsburgh Business Group On Health.
