Mark joined BGF in May 2016 as Legal Counsel. Mark provides legal support across all the BGF offices supporting deal execution and BGF’s community of legal advisors.
Mark has over 8 years of experience as a corporate lawyer in the Midlands covering general M & A and advising on growth capital and private equity transactions for investment
houses, management and other funders.
Prior to joining the legal profession Mark worked for Pepsico UK in an operational role and before that served as an Army Officer in the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers for 7 years following completion of a BA (Hons) in Economics at Leeds University.
