Mark joined Active Risk in April 2000 from SunGard. Prior to that Mark held senior management and consulting roles with Coopers & Lybrand and Lazard Brothers in London. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Information Systems and Finance and is an Associate Chartered Accountant with the New Zealand Society of Accountants. He has held
several executive roles within the company as both a founding director involved in the launch of Active Risk Manager in 2000, the IPO of the company in 2005 and is now the member of the Management team with responsibility for Product Management, Pre-sales and Consulting Services.
