Mark is in charge of all things operational at Cleverbug. It may or may not be true that Mark knows more about e-commerce than anyone who has ever lived, but he has certainly spent a considerable amount of his career designing online shopping experiences that are quick and pain-free for the customer.
Mark met Kealan early in 2011, when the idea
for Cleverbug was still taking shape. He had been looking to join a small start-up and when the opportunity with Cleverbug came along he jumped at the chance, packed his bags and left his life in London behind to take on the challenge. Prior to joining Cleverbug, Mark was head of eCommerce EMEA with Hotels.com.
