Mark Bauhaus is a 30 year technology industry veteran and sustainability innovator. He is a general partner with Just Business (www.justbusiness.is), a senior advisor to the board of Joint Venture Silicon Valley, and a Senior Fellow of the American Leadership Forum.
Until 2013, Mr. Bauhaus was an Executive Vice President at Juniper Networks and
was the General Manager for two of its lines of business: the $1 billion-revenue Services and Support business and the $5 billion-revenue Supply Chain business. Previously, at Juniper, he was EVP/GM for its Layer 4-7 and Security business group, which he grew to over $1 billion in revenue.
Previous to that, he served 20 years as an executive general manager at Sun Microsystems where he was Senior Vice President of the Service-Oriented Architecture Software group, the enterprise software group, the identity management group, and the Java Web Services product group. Prior, he led Sun’s professional services business focusing on Dot-Com, Java, Ecommerce, Enterprise I.T., and Service Provider customers.
He began his career at Hewlett-Packard.
Mr. Bauhaus holds a bachelor of science degree in business management and environmental systems analysis with high honors from the University of California at Davis.
