Mark is the driving force behind all of RDT’s major innovations, its business practices and even its office culture. He is passionate about technology and all things new, and is continually seeking to create different ways for insurers to process data and improve business performance.
Mark graduated in 1984 with a degree in systems analysis and
began working for Bank of America as a technical consultant. While there he built one of the first Europe-wide networked document image processing systems. He also defined hardware and software standards for the bank’s European division and led the development of several dealing systems.
Mark co-founded RDT in 1991 with the goal of developing innovative software for the insurance industry. RDT is committed to the Microsoft platform and Mark has sat on numerous Microsoft Advisory Boards.
